Hallo, I do not speak german, so i will try to explain my problem in english, here and in the english forum, just looking for help!!
STRANGE DKE Hello, I live in the canary islands, i have been collecting radios for 15 years, i have seen many dke with the normal tubes vcl11 vy2, but mine is diferent:
the on/of is situated at the left up side, with two screws from the top of the cabinet just in the corner, the chasis is little different, there is no place or any marks that indicates that the swicht was situated in the chasis once.
the tubes are 2 rv12p2000

this radio now is waiting for new tubes and need of restoration in capacitors that have at least 2 or 3 non original, the loudspeaker is ok but need the cloth. the power cord is not original.The back is missing too
Have anyone any idea of this radio, i think it was a special model for the army, Where can i get the tubes, the original capacitors, cloth, power cord and knobs.
Hello again, i was looking the principal page and i found a dke adapted by an italian with 2 rv12p2000 and the original vcl11 3 tubes in total
mine is different, this radio has only two tubes and they are situated in the same place that the original tubes, it has the special sockets for them that seems to be original, the tubes are situated down i the chasis, i mean that the glass of the tube is under the chasis, the cabinet is brown.

Some companies produced DKE sets also after WW II for some years. But also some home brewed sets in different contruction variants are known.
