the quality of your photos is only poor 
Do you have a photo of the dial glass as close up with a good solution?
I think the right knob is not original?

The closest I could find is a Graetz Radio from 1937, a 44W.
A Seibt 220W is also possible,
Between the years 1936 and 1939 almost any manufacturer in Germany made radios like yours:
Loudspeaker to the left, scale with vertical columes and 3 knobs underneath.
